Quantity

Born from the volcanic slopes of Etna, PÀLICI Spumante Etna DOC Rosato expresses all the richness of its terroir. With its Nerello Mascalese vines grown at an altitude of 650 meters in volcanic soil, this brut metodo classico sparkling wine ages for more than 36 months on the lees, followed by at least 4 months in the bottle, to achieve harmonious perfection. Its cherry-pink color, along with a fine nose of wild strawberries and dog rose, introduces a dry, fresh and savory sip. Perfect as an aperitif, it goes divinely with lobster linguine and fish tartare, celebrating the Mediterranean culinary tradition.
