This grappa is distinguished by the careful selection of Nerello Mascalese pomace, grown between 700 and 800 meters on Etna’s lush slopes. Its essence captures the harmony between the strength of the volcano and the delicacy of the grapes, matured in a unique microclimate. The 6-month aging in oak barrels gives this grappa an amber color and a complex aromatic evolution, enriching it with vanilla and woody nuances.
