Grappa del Barone

This grappa is produced using the pomace of selected vineyards that extend along the Etna slopes at an altitude of 800-900 ms / m. The variety used, in the respect of the most honest local tradition, is the Mascara Nerello. The rich aromatic structure stems from the elegance of these microclimate matured grapes in the heart of the Mediterranean world, but tempered by the elevation of the ethereal colossus
